Yes I want to know more about Hypnotherapy

What is hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is an effective treatment method for psychological, emotional and/or physical complaints. The use of trance forms the basis of this therapy. Trance itself is described as a state of a heightened level of consciousness, of an inward-directed, heightened concentration and an increased openness to suggestion. This allows you to communicate directly with the subconscious, allowing you to achieve your goals faster and easier. In hypnotherapy, trance is used therapeutically. Unlike what happens during theater hypnosis, you always maintain control over yourself. In trance I help you to pass beyond critical consciousness, the logical thinking system. However, the observational faculty always remains present, even during deep trance. If necessary, you can immediately return to normal conscious thinking. This is sometimes called double consciousness. Even though you experience the idea that you are still aware of the here and now, you also experience what you experience and experience in the trance. This means that you can never be forced to say or do something you don't want to. You are and will always remain in charge of what you allow. Coming out of hypnosis immediately is therefore always possible.
